@jam varu Ugh...I already follow a gluten free and lactose free diet (which also dramatically changed my skin), soon there will be nothing left to eat! I trust that it works for you, but for me it's probably sugar the main culprit of any leftover skin issues (I have a very sweet tooth). But I have so many stomach problems to deal with first that my skin comes second I'm afraid. But agreed, gut health dictates skin health no question!
