Don't completely get the illegale serve comments. Jorgic serves completely visible backhand serve 80% of the time.
He could throw higher, but surely it's the regulatory 15cm. I've seen much worse...

Darko doesn’t seemed to be bothered to even serve one decent ball. Even his ball height is ignored by the umpires.
If you're going to ignore that, you might as well ignore the rest of the section 2 rules. Rules be damned, am I right?
