Frimley Park Hospital and Surrey Choices collaborate to form Easy Read Booklet

Surrey Choices Customers collaborated with Frimley Park hospital to create an easy-read hospital booklet for people with a learning disability to look at photos of the hospital, the type of procedures they might have to help alleviate anxieties when visiting the hospital.
