These people came into sbi when people were called and given job. And now they expect even a fresher to have the knowledge of a GM and these people are at the helm. They learned during the job and waah wah, kya learning, NPA was at an all time high even before few years and God knows how many bad loans they are hiding, a loan which people like these approved. Just kar do loan approve to anyone and when things go sideways, give a fancy name like restructuring of loans, securitization of loans etc etc. All bankers are corrupt to the core.

@monarch3724 have you even solved sbi po paper that you are comparing it to upsc and gaokao ? If it was as tough as you say media would go to sbi po topper's house. It's just a normal exam with reasoning, maths and English at prelims and extra gk and precis, situation study at mains. Nothing bombastic. And toughness is because vacancies are less. Before thirty years if you had a bit common sense you would have solved the paper. And nowadays you need a bit external guidance. That's it. It's not a two three year journey like upsc.
Sri srinivasulu setty sir, in this BIG SBI CLERK notification, we SOUTH states (Karnataka - 50 & AP - 50) got very low vacancies when compared to Northern states. Being a Telugu Banker, you might look into this issue and increase the vacancies and opportunities for Southern Banking Aspirants. Thank you.

He came via sbi po exam in 1990, it was as tough as clearing ias back then.
@monarch3724 no it was not. It was never. Ias was and is the toughest exam of India. And second toughest after gaokao. No exam can beat it.
