I bought a S10+, so far very happy. The mopping is a bit useless, but that was expected

@@georgequra3422 I like Xiaomi products so I didn't consider others. The mopping is a joke, imagine if you take a small cloth and try to mop the whole floor without rinsing it. It just spreads the dirty mop across the whole floor. What I've don't is pause the machine, rinse the pads and resume. Sometimes run it twice per room by cleaning the mop in between.
The current firmware of the S10+ (4.3.3_1305) is not able to manage multiple floors. The first S10+ was capable to clean different floors, until it had a sensor error. 2nd and 3rd device crashed there maps instantly, while trying to create a second floor map. If a different environment than the first map is detected, the device tries to create a second map and thus overwrites the first map. Consequence: No time-controlled cleaning without a map. A replacement device has the same error. i.e. It is actually only possible to clean one floor. Simply attempting to clean a second one results in data loss and a complete reinstallation. I don't know if Dreame's S10 clones are also affected by this. I now have the third S10+ within 4 months and despite several requests there is no support from Xiaomi support.
To use the suction function, it is necessary to remove the mop, or can the mops be left in place and still function properly, as in the Mijia mop models?

@@Pogingeanu mulțumesc! Mi-am luat și eu unul exact la fel. L-am folosit doar o singură dată la spălat din curiozitate. Totuși o găleată cu un mop fac o treabă mai bună.
@@Novarsen Salut, cred ca ai dreptate. De obicei soluțiile hibride sunt mai comode in utilizare, dar nu rezolva toate problemele perfect. Funcția de mop este una secundară și nu se poate compara cu a pune la lucru o găleată cu un mop. Multumesc, zi buna!
Hi, it's not a vacuum cleaner that cleans the whole house perfectly. Unless you have a house so "organized" that it can reach anywhere. There are enough places where it cannot reach and you have to clean it manually. But for the bulk of cleaning work, it seems good to me. Anyway, I only used it for 2 weeks, so I don't have enough experience with it for a complete opinion.
So, half a year has passed, still satisfied? I'm considering buying this one. It was impressive how it climbed that ledge!
