Beautiful collection! I am seeing a theme with LV- lots of quality issues for something so outrageously priced. I am glad they have a nice return policy, though. The LV's I own are pre-loved/vintage, and luckily they haven't had any issues!

For Christmas I got my matching love earrings that match my bracelet and ring at Cartier. I now have a full matching set and I wear it everyday and never take off and wear no other jewelry. It’s just gorg on its own

no more louie videos for months? did you stop shopping? this graceful , the canvas feels like rubber, surprised you didn't mention in your review that this canvas is different than the others, felt like a replica to me,i returned it.
I stopped buying as many luxury items because as you mentioned, they’re not really worth the money anymore. The quality of them is going down considerably. I’m only going to buy select pieces moving forward. I got rid of most of my LV’s. I don’t have a problem with the canvas on my graceful in monogram, but my Damier Ebene one felt rubbery, so I sold it.
Have you seen this uneven Patina on any other models than Speedy and Neverfull? thanks so much for sharing!
As a matter of fact I have seen it also on the Louis Vuitton Noe. This can happen pretty much on any Louis Vuitton bag that has vachetta leather. The only bags currently that do not have this problem, that also have a vachetta leather are the ones that are semi aged like the new Louis Vuitton Odeon.

I just made my first LV purchase and bought Odeon MM in black trim. I love it! Now I’m looking for a second bag and it’s between Speedy B30, Graceful PM or Neverful MM.... what would you recommend? Thanks , I really enjoy your video’s!
First, thank you so much for watching!💕 my choice would be the Speedy B 30 since you already have a bag that’s essentially a shoulder bag. Also, the speedy b can be worn so many different ways. You can wear it hand carry, in the crook of your arm, on the shoulder or crossbody. It’s such a versatile bag. I have mine in DE and I love it!
I was just going to buy the grace for last week when I got the neverfull Graceful was only I believe 1300 or 1350 I think it was the cheapest bag there
The Graceful is actually more than the Neverfull unless you buy the PM size. That one is less I believe.
Thank you so much for sharing such useful information about LV. I am looking at purchasing my first LV but was wondering how do you know if the Vachetta has been treated? I really like the Graceful (not sure PM or MM) monogram with Pivoine Pink. Leaning towards the PM just bc I love crossbody bags. But really want to make sure the Vachetta will patina beautifully and evenly. Did you return your graceful PM?
Hello! I did return my Graceful PM but for different reasons. The strap was having issues and wasn’t made correctly. I didn’t notice until I used it. It’s sort of hard to explain about the vachetta. When it’s treated it won’t have that buttery smooth feeling and it’s also super stiff. The leather also looks shinier when it’s been treated. Ask your SA to show you several bags so you can compare. I think you’ll be fine with the graceful. It’s not terrible having treated leather, it’s just when you have a bag with several pieces of leather on it and only some have been treated. The.n it looks awkward when some of it patinas and the rest stays lighter. I hope this helps. ☹️ It’s difficult to explain but when you see them in person you’ll know what I mean.
So what does it mean for the bag to have treated leather? Will it not patina then or what's the deal?
If they have treated the vachetta on a bag it will patina eventually. Just at a much slower rate. The problem is this, they are not using all of one kind on each bag. So what happens is some pieces on the bag get dark while the others stay light. It ends up looking like you sent your bag in to have the leather replaced and they only replaced some of the pieces. I included pictures in the video to show what I mean.

I’m having a hard time deciding between the graceful mm and the Odeon. Which is your favorite between the two?
Oh wow, that’s a tough question!! Lol!! They’re both so different. The Odeon is great and carries a good bit, but fits nothing close the the Graceful MM. the Odeon is more of a crossbody style that’s great for hand free activities or if you have small ones and need your hands free. The Odeon is also very pretty. However, with all that said, I would choose the Graceful because it could technically be converted into a crossbody if you have the strap and it fits sooo much stuff. I love the look of a hobo bag as well. I personally would choose the Graceful. And it has three canvases to choose from. You can’t go wrong with either one. I would say think about what capacity you would be using it in. And how much you carry.
MCM bags are high end not like the 80s because the company was sold to company in Asia..I have same exact back pack in 2 colors large version I paid 174...with my Nordstrom manager discount...THE rose gold large one I paid 400 in Nordstrom's full line store..I have 3 totes that are higher quality than LV neverfuls only paid 200 to 300 at nordstrom rack...I saw Macy backstage had huge 950 ones for 350 last weekend

What happened to your speedy 30 bandouliere in monogram? I have both and been debating about selling one since they essentially the same bag but different print.
My speedy in the monogram print was made with different types of leathers on the handles. One was the treated vachetta and the other was not, so one handle was getting dark while the other stayed light. I tried to show a pic of it in the video but it may not have shown up very well. I brought it back to LV and they exchanged it for me.

@@mrs.duran8149 I would love to add it back to my collection but I think I’m going to wait a while to let them sort out the kinks and get things right. Once enough bags have been returned for this issue they will address it.
They're treating the vachetta now? Why would they do that? That nude flesh color of a new LV is so unappealing to me. Since moving to NW FL where we have no high end shopping, it looks like I'm not missing much, lol. Ever notice that MK glazing is always perfect and never chips or flakes? Why can't LV get that right? It will still likely always be my favorite brand of all time. It's just a shame that their changes are rarely improvements 🙄. Another great video! P.S. Hello friend!! You’re 100% correct! MK bags are almost always perfect! Makes you wonder how they can manage that at a fraction of the cost of an LV bag, but LV can’t seem to get it right! I love the LV bags I’ve kept in my collection, but I won’t be adding any more to it. I’m going with other brands. I just recently picked up my first Mulberry bag and I’m in love. I may have a new favorite brand!! I did try the ketchup trick and it shined it right up!! But I stayed away from the keyhole because I was afraid it would get stuck in there.

So please keep 'em coming. I think my next LV purchase will be preloved from Japan. I have had great success scoring beautiful, like new bags from that market. Sadly, the quality of the new LV merchandise is hit or miss. I may slso check out Mulberry and Teddy Blake. Both are new to me. Happy holidays!

I’m not sure of the weight but it’s really not heavy. I love the stiffer canvas. It gives the bag structure and it stands on its own. This backpack will last forever.
Hello. I just watched your video on your neverfull damier ebene straps cracking. My mom bought that bag in 2019 (I believe) I bought it off of her after she really never used it. My straps are falling apart! I honestly don’t know how long till they break. So my question is, I know you went in and they let you exchange it. Did you have to show them proof of purchase? Did they look it up? My mom has no receipts for it (know she bought is for like $1500+ when she was on business trip to Las Vegas) that I could take with me. And she pays cash & is super weird so probably wouldn’t let them put her in their system. So wondering if I’m just screwed? Or if they’ll stand behind their bags regardless if I’m second owner? Thanks!
I’m in their system so they were able to pull me up. However, I didn’t have the receipt with me. They usually stand behind their products though regardless. Just tell them you don’t have your receipt and it was a one time purchase so you’re not in their system if they ask. They can see when the bag was made by the date code. That’s so unacceptable. That’s why I haven’t wanted to buy any more of their bags and I’m really careful when I do. At the first hint of something wrong it goes back!! I heard they revamped the leather on DE bags. If they have I’d like to add that Neverfull back to my collection. I would at least try. You may get a brand new bag out of it. Let me know how it turns out! Good luck🍀🤞

Can I ask how tall you are? I am considering the graceful mm but I’m 5’9 1/2 and wondering if the strap drop is long enough or if the bag will touch my armpits. Are you able to get things in and out of the bag without taking it off your shoulder?

Hello! I am only 5’4” but I think the bag would still look great on someone your height as well. The strap drop is comfortable and if you get the monogram the strap relaxes even more. I don’t think it would be in your armpit. With that said, because the bag has a long body, it is difficult to access things inside. I still love this bag and highly recommend it!!

I believe you have 30 days to change your mind, but the bag cannot have been used. However, if there’s something wrong with it, it’s really at the discretion of the store manager. I’ve returned bags that I’ve had for a year.

The interior pocket came unstitched so I returned it. They didn’t have one in good shape when I went in so I exchanged it for the Odeon mm.
