The biggest mistake we often make is forcing ourselves to figure out what we want to do, so the best solution is to go somewhere where it's easier to be. I've left my career as a professional real estate agent 2 years ago, and I'm also still figuring it out, take away the pressure, it'll become more effortless eventually. Be proud of yourself for making a decision like this. I've come to learn that the best thing we can do when we feel a bit doubtful about where we are and where we want to go, is to travel and step outside of our "comfort bubble." That's why I booked a one-way ticket to Nepal ;) Staying in the known keeps us where we are, stepping into the unknown takes us where we're meant to be.
this is such an inspirational message, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and experiences 🙏🏼😊 I really needed to hear this and I‘m sure a lot of others do, too! 💛 I‘m so happy for you that you took this time as an opportunity to travel. I completely agree, stepping out of our comfort zone will eventually help us see more possibilities! I wish you all the best on your journey, I really appreciate that you took your time to comment on this important topic ☺️😊
I understand and feel you. I have the exact same problem and can't wait for the time that I will leave everything behind and book a ticket for a place like Morocco. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for sharing this, it makes me feel more at ease knowing that there are others going through the same stages! I wish you all the best on your journey 😊🤞🏼🍀
What you are now is the culmination of the decisions you have made in the past. And I think you did choose the right decision to come to Morocco. & +1 follower here
I'm not feeling lost in life, but your video made me appreciate what I have more. I'm happy I was born in Morocco, and I'm happy that other people can share what I have and enjoy it as much as I do.
Don’t worry I am feeling exactly the same (by the way I am also software developer). Planning to take some days off and figure out what I need to do with my career
I‘m so happy to hear that! ☺️ Thanks for letting me know! I stayed in hostels during my trip which made it super easy to get to know other travelers :)
I usually always buy an inexpensive bus ticket to another country online before my flight that I don't end up using. There are also websites that provide you with onward flight tickets for 20$ or so, they get cancelled once you are past immigration, so they are literally just here to give you proof of return. I've only used them twice but it worked both times, I can't remember the name of the website I bought them from but if you google 'proof of return onward ticket' you will find a couple of them :) Funny story, when I flew to Morocco I actually completely forgot to make sure I have a return ticket or bus ticket to show and I only realised once I was already in line for immigration at Marrakech airport with no internet 🙈 I heard them ask the guy next to me for his return flight but luckily they did not ask me 🤞🏼😅
@@iris-tabeahaha thats so funny! Thanks much i got myself a one way ticket to morocco so I just asking for future purposes🙂 But thanks so much for the helpful advice!
