Awesome to hear from Divine.. Love the show, but Ashton's portrayal of RZA is glaringly bad when EVERYONE else is nailing it. Not only is the voice wrong, the mannerisms are off. He comes across dull and low energy. It seems like its done on purpose, because its almost completely opposite.
This was tough for me to get over. Outside of ODB and Meth, RZA probably has the most unique mannerisms and voice/speech which are a big reason why he's always been one of my favorite MC's. I've known a lot of New Yorkers and have heard a lot of different versions of New York accents and none have been quite like his. So to see those and other unique qualities complete absent was quite a mind**k. I had to just keep reminding myself RZA is the executive producer, it's his vision start to finish, trust in it.
