- In this challenge, Ryan, Liz, Adam and Talia all try to impress celebrity chef and judge Jonathan Harrison with their best cookie using Easy-Bake ovens from the late 1990s.

Watching Liz, Ryan, Talia and Adam behind Jonathon was like watching 4 school children huddling together waiting for the inevitable to unfold. 😂
It would have been even better if they were in another room where they could just react naturally and then overlay their video onto the chef review video. Then they could come in and do the ending in person. We would be able to get a bunch of better reactions instead of suppressed laughter and awkward stares.

Sometimes it is so hard to remember that Adam and Talia are not married, and Ryan and Liz are not brother and sister. This has been the best cooking show I have seen in a while! Shout out to Chef Jonathan Harrison😁😁(a couple of smiley faces for you) , you are a braver man then I am sir! 🤣

I absolutely admire Jonathan's bravery to just go for it with each cookie. It wasn't just a nibble, it was a full on bite for each.

Trying not to laugh too hard because I watch way too many baking shows, but this is somehow my favorite. lol No mixing wet ingredients and adding it to dry, no sir. This is the "what *is* baking powder?" show, with the wet "dough", pepper, no flour, purple lemon cookies. Brilliant! Maybe next time pizzas (from dough on up)?
When chef Jonathan took a bite of Talia's flourless cookie and said it felt like gravel I laughed so hard I had to take my inhaler . 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Chef Jonathan deserves a Medal of Honor or maybe a Purple Heart (Adam could bake him one). I laughed so hard I had to watch it again to get all the dialogue.
what gets me the most is that all of those chocolate chip bags HAVE cookie recipes on the back

Years ago when my little sister was begging for an easy bake oven mom took her out to the kitchen and showed her how to use the stove and oven. She’s a pretty good baker today.

First of all, this was HILARIOUS!!! One of the best videos yet! Second, I went to the Bass Masters Expo in Knoxville last month... someone there was selling BBQ cookies; so, Ryan, there's something you could try 😂🤣

This was the most random thing to pop up in my feed recently, and I loved every minute of it!
I would have done you one better and baked southern specialties (like biscuits and cornbread) in an easy bake oven. But food coloring in cookies? Bless your hearts, I'm gonna pray for y'all.

Adam: STEP AWAY FROM THE LEMON EXTRACT!
My wonderful Chef(my husband of 23yrs)had to pause this video multiple times to just look at me with this look of pure fear and confusion. At the end all he would say was "Bless their hearts" and then went to the kitchen and came back 1hr later with cookies. I caught the brass ring!!💗
This reminds me of baking with my sons. Tip - turn off electric mixer before lifting out of bowl unless you want to get cookie dough on all 4 walls. Edit: the kids measure and follow recipes - I like to do chemistry and vary the ingredients

I don't recall any of those fancy "grabber sticks". My sisters was just lick your fingers and pull the pan out quickly. (At least that's how she had me do it.)

This video is so timely! I am currently putting together a recipe book of family recipes for my daughter, who is getting married and setting up her own household. Watching these guys stumble around the various ingredients made me laugh! There is no way to turn out anything edible from an easy-bake oven; good tools are a must when baking 😂

Next time demand TWO bowls so you can cream the butter and sugar in one bowl and mix up the dry ingredients in the other bowl. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet and and you've got a (hopefully) viable cookie dough😂

Baking powder is baking soda plus an acid. You use both to give foods lift when you aren't going to be able to whip in air to make it fluffy, but you use baking soda if you're incorporating an acid (like lemon juice or vinegar) and baking powder when you aren't.
There needs to be more of this type of videos!
