I can relate to this. I used to think that I was ‘avoiding’ the studio’ but now you helped me realize I was just resetting myself with random tasks. I love not being on a schedule. It’s more fun to be spontaneous.
Sometimes we just need to let the peace of submersion into some other project to hear what our creative side has been trying to tell us while we busied ourselves in must-dos.
