The Amazing Digital Circus was an anime that was released by GAINAX studios in 1994 and was a big hit in Japan, especially TV-Tokyo, with 8 seasons the series ended in 2006 with a final movie in 2008. On October 13th 2024 it will be the 35 years anniversary, from the first manga comic book coming out in 1989, to the movie in 2008. The series, movie, and mangas had the energy like neon genesis evangelion and Cutie honey. The End. This was my childhood show, I remember binge watching entire season in midnight and pretending to be asleep when my parents went into my room. Man, I miss the 90s 😢

I remember watching this in G4 back in the day. They never showed the episodes in order so I never really knew what was going on. But I do remember loving the Pomni vs Mecha-Pomni season arc. It started off as a cute joke until Mecha-Pomni became self-aware and then things turned pretty dark. It's crazy how they changed Cane from the anime. Probably for the better. I can't believe they are remaking it now into a 3D version of it. Pretty damn cool. I hope they stay true to the Manga and some of the anime. Those filler episodes were a waste of time but some did have their moments.

This looks really cool, older people who watched a lot of cartoons on old CRT TVs will feel great nostalgia when they see these effects
the whole screen and feeling, it just makes it seem like your having a birthday party back in the 90’s with your friends and family at some junk arcade out in the “less city like” areas. And you come across an arcade game called “The amazing digital circus” (cant put it in “anime” type, lol) and this is what you see for the start up.

You have got some absolute mad skills! This takes me all the way back to all of those animes that I love so much. I live for that generation of anime really. Not that I don't like some of the new stuff, I just like seeing just classic anime.
