I always look forward to Halloween decor. I'm excited to see what your theme looks like. I ordered the ghost plates to go on top of plain black plates. I also got a runner with black roses. That is my table setting for this year and my first additions for Halloween '24.

I went to my nearest Joann's store today and I almost SCREAMED when I saw some Halloween stuff out on the shelves!! It's finally happening!!! 😃 I bought two of their hand towels which I will be using in my bathroom and they were a black one with a cat sitting on top of a pumpkin that says "Happy Halloween" and a orange one that says "Trick Or Treat" with a pumpkin on it and they are both just precious. 🧡🖤 Can't wait to go back in the next few weeks and see more of their stuff come out!!

Love where you are going with this theme! Your video gave me ideas- I’ve been thinking to use the ghost bowl as a pet water bowl! And your mantle feather display- I thought of adding a little plastic skull in the center, DIY to match your colors (or even a flocked colored skull 😮) Can’t wait to watch you decorate!

Suggestions for the cauldron you can put a punch in it, spooky punch, or you can put extra blankets or maybe your umbrellas. also don’t forget to put some of those ribbons on your chairs and cupboards or the door knobs of the cupboards on your TV stand to help it in. I love those feathery things. What a neat idea and different. I can’t wait to see everything all done.😊

My favorite is the cauldron. Not sure what I’d use it for though and I’m also afraid it might break. I wish the stripes on the jack-o’-lanterns were vertical. They’re giving me wide ruled paper vibes haha. Really looking forward to theme this year!
This just made me laugh cause I’ll never look at them without seeing that now 😂🤍 I have vertical ones coming that are different but that may help break it up lol.

Could put a faux big spooky tree with lights in the cauldron to use it all year. Or change the tree out seasonal. And yes on more of the pink and orange pampas id have those out all year super cute.

Ok, I’m loving the velvet shirt you’re wearing!! I would also have to say that I’ve also had issues with Joann’s packing. Last year I had the same issues when stuff not being wrapped and just thrown in the box, that actually happens a few times so I quit ordering from Joann’s online.
My store doesn't have anything yet either. My boyfriend isn't a big fan of Halloween like I am. I love Fall 🍁 and Halloween 🎃 Not far from Halloween we have Thanksgiving. Autumn 🍁 is amazing. I love the cauldron. The ghosts this year seem to be awesome as well. I'm looking forward to having Fall fun 🍁🎃🍂🥮☕🌻☕🥮🍂🎃🍁👻🦇💀

For the cauldron, fill it up with white cobwebs and green lights for a misty bubbling effect. I did this last year and I love it! Since you are doing a whimsical circus theme I would dress as a fortune teller or gypsy (is this still appropriate?) and create an entire fortune telling tablescape.

Hi! New here and loving it so far! I had to laugh when you spoke about JoAnn and the shipping complaints! I just got my shipment, and it was in a huge box and nothing breakable was wrapped (the only thing that was in a plastic wrap were the trees which aren't breakable lol) Anyway, I'm about to put out my JoAnn hunt and haul video this Sunday and will air my complaints then haha

I just love the black and white ceramic pieces, whether its the pumpkins or ghosts. They're so charming. I don't know if your kids like clementines/Cuties/Halos but last year in a Halloween magazine they showed them with little Jacko' lantern faces on them and they looked so adorable sitting in a bowl. They used permanent black magic markers and each face was different. Might look cool in the ghost bowl. Love your Halloween content.

I like the color scheme you're working on. Do you have any tips for decorating with kids when they're young? I feel like I'm not going to be able to put much out unless I want to chance things getting broken

So when mine were a lot younger I definitely didn’t decorate with the breakable things I do now! I did more Halloween pillows, throws etc to add the colors in with those.
Now the kids are old enough and I’m worried about the dang cats 😂🖤
