But compositions from earlier seasons are magic.
Nic, Noori is a band. There are two brothers involved in the band: Ali Noor (the main singer) and Ali Hamza (the other one was the guy in the background on the guitar singing). They are a very popular band in Pakistan -- but weren't ever as popular as Strings, Junoon, or Vital Signs.
If you want to check out more of their work, check out Paar Chanaa De. It's a song based on the folklore of Sohni/Mahiwal. I'd recommend reading the summary of that Sohni/Mahiwal love story beforehand to understand what that song is really about. That song also has their mother playing a very little-known instrument called Saagar Veena, and she is one of the few people alive in this world who knows how to play that instrument :)

Saari Raat is one of my all-time favorite songs. Such intensity! Great recommendation.
Noori is among my top fav bands and my fav Coke Studio performances are from them and would love to see you react to them, Please react to ""Paar Channa De"" it also features Indian singer Shilpa Rao as a guest performer also another great and most famouse one is Äik Alif". My fav one is thou ""Hor Vi Neevan Ho"".

Masterpiece composition by first ever music producer of coke studio ROHAIL HAYYAT. And very very well sung by Ali Noor " NOORI".
coke studio had different music producers and each had his own style
ROHAIL HAYYAT was more raw music type yet so creative.
Strings used to include many instruments in a songs and prolongs song duration yet successful
Finally xulfi introduced more of electro music and season 14 was a success too.
I really wanted this song to be reacted by someone it's v nice song specially when you listen instrument SITAR part. That's so deep.

Absolutely great band. One of my favorite from Season 2 as well one of all time favorites. Check out Aik Alif Saeen Zahoor Noori CS Season 2. In my opinion easily the best song of S2
Noori is the band name lead by two brothers. The Vocalist in this song is Ali Noor and the Guy with Acoustic Guitar is his Brother Ali Hamza. Noori is a famous Pakistani Pop-Rock Band started in 1996. You should react on more songs of Noori they have hit numbers in Coke Studio too. The Younger Brother Ali Hamza also produced the 11th season of Coke Studio. While Ali Noor is always a Rock Star type entertaining with his deep high notes vocals
Noori band is in music scene since 20 yrs. They have been producers ko some seasons of coke studio, mostly they play rock song. A distinguishing feature of Noori band is, they sing happy songs. Their songs have happy, bright n energetic feel.
Nice reaction. I hadn't heard this song myself! Noori's iconic hit was "Manwa Re". BTW Noor means light. It is also used for a person who is pure and enlightened.

Noori is a band and the singer is Ali Noor. They did a song called “Kuttay de tu Utay” which is a super short song and you’ll see a whole new side of the band which you wouldn’t have expected but it’s hilarious. I don’t think it has subtitles but something to just watch on your own time real quick.

I agree when she said I could do without all this extra. That's why i can't really stand the Noori band
ughh... hate it when they butcher the translation... the translation of the main part/chorus is: ... when your eyes drift into sleep and your memories/senses fade away ... 'may your body, may your soul, may your house catches fire! and you don't wake up!' Thats the gist of it... not the rubbish in this video translation.
