CCI and AMT are the dominate players, and I do like both at these levels.

Why no residential REITs? I like and own O and VICI and I prefer STAG over PLD because of the much lower valuation and the smaller size, which means, that growing is easier. Maybe I need to take a look on AMT. So far I wasn't sure if cell tower will still exist in 10-15 years ...
Reasonable assumption. Satellites like from Starlink or other low orbit satellites could take this space and make the cell towers obsolete. I mean Wi-Fi is alread possible (more efficiently) via satellites, so the rest is just a matter of time.
Residential has many options and not that much yield due to that. Commercials are exclusive but residential has many options.
ESS is an apartment REIT I like.
Hi-frequency waves such as 5G (millimiter waves) cannot travel far distances. So if you want speed you need cell towers. Technology cannot break the laws of physics.
AVB ,CCI,WPC,NNN,O provide income. Select for track record paying & not cutting dividend

Hello everyone, I've been researching investment brokers, and I'm really interested in working with someone trustworthy and reliable. With the recent market downturn, I'm looking for a broker who can help me turn things around and make a profit. Can anyone tell me about their experiences with any investment advisor
What do you think of DLR?
I really like PLD and AMT as they have an increasing TAM, however why not SBA Communications over AMT? Dividend growth CAGR of 23% over the last three years with a payout ratio of 25%, and an EPS projected growth of 3-5 year CAGR double that of AMT. Is it just the valuation? Or is it that AMT has a larger market share? Same question for industrial REITS Rexford, or Terreno over PLD
SBAC had a huge earnings release and definitely another name to look more closely at within the space. May do a future video covering all 3 of the cell tower REITs (AMT, CCI, SBAC)
I want to ask a very serious question to all these RUclipsrs that push this information and I don’t mean to ask this in bad faith but how much money have you made following your own or other’s advice regarding which stocks to invest in?

Prologis customer mixed seems concerning. A downturn in logistics due to less discretionary spending could possibly hurt the company. I own one REIT among 15 companies. WPC.
