I'll tell ya, I've cut back the gear a take out from what I used to bring. Sh*t can this, don't need this lol. Much more enjoyable when you're not bringing everything but the kitchen sink. Still plan to hit the Chemung river but it might not be till next spring. Been busy with the family this summer.

Fishing with the ultra lite is so much fun. Just about all of my regular spinning reels are the blue Pflueger President Series including a 2000, 2500 and 3000 sizes. Unfortunately two of the older ones are starting to get worn out Bail springs. Need to see if I can repair em this winter. I think I will definitely have to bring an ultra lite for our upcoming adventure.
Those Panfish pack a lot of fun into fishing for them, a joy that never gets old

Love the UL fishing and I'm definitely bringing this setup on our trip. Gonna make them 1 Pound smallies feel like 5 🤣
