Great clarifying question! The $10 million/MW is just building and infrastructure. The cost of the hardware can vary depending on how the specific user that is leasing the space is going to use it. Hope that helps clear it up. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out or chat with us directly on our site!
Yeah, power is definitely one of the major challenges in that market. It's caused growth in other surrounding markets like Hillsboro in Oregon and Salt Lake City and even Reno. It's been an interesting trend to witness and will continue to be interesting to track moving forward.

Thanks Jim for the kind words!
What does the $10 million per MW include? Is it just the building and infrastructure? Does that cost also include the GPUs and CPUs?

Good tips and future focused plans.
Recently I was meeting a data center company in Silicon Valley and they were told by SVP to wait until 2029 at the earliest for power! Crazy.

Great video, but to the interviewer: you don't need to say "sure" and "yeah" all the time :)
