I loved making pine straw cabins when growing up in the piney woods of the Deep South. Nothing ever as elaborate as what you guys do. No underground or stone shelters. Occasionally a tree house or two. Keep up the good work. MAHUWMS
Greetings from Australia. You have done a really good job. You could build another cabin close by. Your mate could live in it. Then build a wall around it. Get some goats and chickens?

the window solution was quite possibly the most genius way I've seen it done and I've watched a lot of shelter building vids. i was hoping you were going to do the roof frame the same way but sadly you used nails. i was hoping it was a purely material on hand build as you did probably the hardest part that way but it turned out differently than I was expecting.
U are very patient. It must've taken u hours to fetch all those stones & boulders. I would have loved to have seen inside the completed product. Great work though 😁👍
Never understood why a lot of these videos build the fire at the end of the shelter.why don’t they build the fire in the centre of the length of the shelter giving better heat distribution?
@@DimaCamp your stone shelter was extremely well made , I just see a lot of shelters made with end fires. Would be interesting to see someone build one and see the results. Saw corporals corner do one once, with a shelter made around a tree stump.

In Australia we get trees and split them. That way they last longer. In the old daysvthough. I really like the cobbled floor.
oh yes i like the stone floor too thanks for viewing good luck
Beautiful, is there a reason you do not include another foot or two so you can fully stand up?
thanks for watching, the reasons as such is not just a stone was hard to tackle, next time I will build higher
@@DimaCamp it just seemed you’d be much more comfortable being able to stand, especially if you’re showed in. I really enjoyed the build

That's not much of a shovel 😮
Love the fireplace ❤
I do not need a big shovel thanks for watching luck
If the roof were about 2 feet higher, I think it wouldn't be so much work and would be more comfortable. But the little house is beautiful.
