Josh, good and easy recipe for vegetable tagine 👍👏! I was first introduced to couscous and tagine dishes while living in Paris. I have a tagine at home, but have never used it. This is a dish that I shall definitely make, with some tweaks.
The one I used is a traditional combination of crushed garlic, ginger, corriander, parsley, pepper, paprika, cumin, turmeric, chilli, preserved lemon pulp or a bit of regular juice and zest and salt if you can't find preserved lemons, a dribble of warm water with Saffron sat in it for a few minutes and a good fat healthy glue of olive oil. Tastes incredible but almost any combination of flavours will taste great just pack in some good flavour.
He used to do a really big cooking channel called brothers green, search up pro home cooks which was the rebounding to signify his split from the channel. All their old stuff is still on there and its great. My favourite cooking channel to be sure. Was definately disheartened by their breakup as i have watched them my whole life but the growing disparity between them had been apparent for quite some time, it honk their lives were just moving in different directions and I am really happy they preserved all their wonderful content from over the years and didn't try to move or remove it all like I feared. They have such an incredible backlog of recipes from around the world.

Could you make the second part of the video where you taught how to sing?
