What if Hear me out Izuku finds maybe a Hidden cave that stores the Knowledge and jutsu of the Different clans of the Rookie 9 of Konoha like Maybe Naruto or Shikamaru made it like a vault and Izuku stumbles upon it Hell it could even be oorochimarus from after the Boruto series when he turns good Hell could even have him being a decendant of the different Clans of the Rookie 9 hell if you wanna throw Might Guy and Rock lees training in there it can go up to the konoha 12 instead of just the rookie 9 Heck if you wanna go one further it could be that his quirk lets Them manifest in his Mindscape and Train him before they return to the after life
