I wish they would dupe Sol de janeiro discontinued scents instead of the ones we still have access to. It just seems redundant.

For scent collectors on a budget, B&BW is CLUTCH! I got my Pink Paradise shimmer oil and body mist for $7 a piece after the sale they had during Mother’s Day 🥰

I bought the 3 sprays and body wash for myself for mothers day . I had purchased Janero Discovery sets for my nieces in Middle school and .recently bought the actual PARFUM ,,8 yes,im new to the scent collecting) Today, she came and saud OH TIA YOU GOT NEW MISTS ETC...I told her yes ,,they r dupes for Janero ..SHE IMMEDIATEly sprayed the vacation vibe .AND POOR BABY SHE SAID tia pleeeeez if u get me a mist for Christmas WELL YOU get me this one .I felt glad thar ill be able to BUY HER THE MUST AT AFFORDABLE PRICE ..Becaude that Sol de Janero pricey esp.If your buying for 2or 3 nieces and self ...lol..PLUS,,she said ,,i can spray it like Crazy tia and still have scent left fir more sorays ..BUT YES,,,,She flew thru the real one in less than 3 weeks BUT i UNDERSTAND HIoW U FEEL ABOUT DUPES♥️
I feel the same way. But I get being tired of the dupes. I buy for myself, my two daughters, and my three nieces, so having affordable dupes of fragrances they’ve either heard of or like helps my pockets 😊😊. Also I’m new to all of these scents and the layering techniques because of past allergy/asthma issues.

Received some gift cards for Mother’s Day for Sephora so I grabbed the new Sol de Janeiro mists fav is green, red then purple! So good if you love sweet fruity tropical drink 🍹, beachy! I’m loving all the new scents Phlur Dragon fruit, Ouai St. Barts and I ordered the gloss last night! Lastly I just got the EB Miami Nectar.. I feel I’m set 😜🤪😂 for real.. so much yumminess! Yeah they have a lot of dupes now- I kinda wish they duped 40, 59 and 71 as well. 71 is super close to Christmas cookies but maybe even just bringing back confetti cake pop or something similar and together weather was close to 40 i hope they bring something like that back! I also kinda wish they did more limited edition sol de janiero scents or dupe some of the designer flanker scents like good girl supreme!

Love the makeup & you look gorgeous in that pastel color top. Not sure if I’ll get these I have the VS gelato and sol de janero pistachio one. Prob don’t need the bbw one too. If I go smell it I know I’ll like it though. I’m not into sunscreen ones either so that an easy pass. The yellow luxury one has a sunscreen vibe but it has a sweetness to it I ended up liking that one.
The luxury one also doesn’t have coconut maybe that’s why I like it.

Bath&Bodyworks is being weird. If they were smart they would dupe scents like Cheirosa 39 , the coconut one and all the others that were discontinued. Give us a dupe of Bianco latte , Black tie , Maison Lancôme lavandes trianon ect… or give us good original scents.

I see it as the business grab it is not so much duping but it's like this company made this scent let's make our version of this scent and yes they're similar but they feel like that scent has made money for the one company so they wanted to make money for theirs. it's like when a fragrance is made with notes that no 1 else has eventually other companies will follow suit and copy so that they can have a profile of that scent for themselves too.

These might be only worth a mini for me. Although I’m curious about their body oil & body butters to go with my SDJ mists.
Sampled them earlier today and I’ll only be getting a mini of the two (the orange & pink one). The body butters smelled really good, but it had too much glitter in it for me. I am interested in the body oils though. They’re not as glittery as the body butter.
I feel the same way sick of it lol they said sol de janerio is the top seller out of everything in Sephora. I'm only got vacation vibe and the solar one in a mini not planning on buying the bigger bottle unless SAS deals makes me but I doubt it

I’m ready for them to drop some new originals and/or re-release some vault scents outside of SAS. And something that’s NOT Cucumber Melon… sis needs to retire for a year or two and let us miss her lol. But I will say I’m enjoying Vacation Vibe because it’s lighter and sweeter on me than SDJ 62.

I have a question, in the US you can return mists but what do they do with these since they’re used ? 🤔
In France you can’t return products like this even if you didn’t used it haha (so you better be sure of your purchase!)
If they’re used they tend to destroy them

SDJ isn’t even all that for so many companies to be duping lol. I had 39,62 and 71 and returned them all to Sephora. I want more designer perfume dupes and I hope they bring out more.

I'm getting tired of SDJ dupes, but they're literally probably the #1 seller in the beauty world right now, so it's kind of like, what took the brands so long? SDJ body sprays are ridiculously expensive to me for something so popular with young teens (tbh as are almost all beauty products popular with kids these days), so I appreciate the dupes finally arriving. I'd rather have a Kayali Yum Pistachio dupe, though.
Literally, been wearing SDJ 62 since 2019, it’s tired and played out now.

Don’t agree there quite a bit more expensive then bath and body works there regular size mist is around 50 dollars more then double the price of bath and body works and near 30 dollars for there mini seems very highly priced for a mist to me
I bought all 3 of the "dupes" and I was super let down, I will stick with SDJ. all three of BBW scents just missed the mark and smell OFF IMO.
