  • HOW TO MAKE SUPER FLUFFY SOUFFLÉ PANCAKE
    This "SOUFFLE PANCAKE" is very yummy. It is jiggly when it's hot, especially when you make it thicker. It is still soft and fluffy even if it is already cold.
    • FLUFFY SOUFFLÉ PANCAKE...
    INGREDIENTS:
    2 eggs
    38g flour
    30g sugar
    25ml milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    butter & maple syrup
    HOW TO COOK:
    1) Get 2 eggs (separate egg yolks & egg whites)
    2) Put egg yolks in a mixing bowl together with 25ml of fresh milk
    3) Sift 38g of flour, whisk it until no more lumps. Add a few drops of vanilla essence. Then, set aside.
    4) Beat 2 egg whites using hand mixer, and add 30g of white sugar partially.
    5) Combine the egg mixture to egg yolk mixture, and fold it gently until well combined.
    6) Tranfer the batter into a piping bag. Secure the end using a rubber band.
    7) In a non-sticky frying pan, put a few drops of oil and spread it using a brush and wipe the excess oil using a kitchen towel.
    8)Gently pipe the batter into the fry pan in a very low heat. Put 2 tbsps of water on the side, then cover it with a lid.
    9) Flip after 8~10 minutes, and flip it again after 8~10 mins on the other side.
    10) When pancakes are done, put slices of butter on top and sprinkle with some maple syrup.
