As a dumb American firefighter, I have always been interested in these models. Can anyone direct me to any reference materials or give me some direction as to how to proceed, to create one of these masterpieces? Thank you!

They are not for sale, they are homemade.

The whole car is homemade, so I don't know how to help with instructions.
