Thumbs up for every time she says "Look at this"
Look at this comment, come here
"Well would ya look at that!"
she's so adamant about the fact that it was clean and this is all their mess, it almost seems like she's trying to convince us of a lie
it was clean!
😂
Ordinarily I’d assume she was on drugs, but I think she’s just genuinely shocked. That poor woman.
Id say both tbh
Yes shes on drugs bc most addicts own a rental home ...
Why would you assume shes on drugs? Nothing about her even suggests drugs
@@stillnottellingyoumyname8193 Except for everything about her, her body language, way of talking and facial expression scream amphetamines. Although I also think its the shock.
thats why youre not a cop you have no idea what youre talking about
If you were in her position, you would be saying way more than “look” I credit this woman for being for extremely calm. When you’re a landlord, sometimes people can be good for years and then suddenly trash your property.
But why cut her electric and sewer line?
They built the shed right infront of the front door, c'mon seriously? Who does that?
Lmaoo
Matt S I think that’s the back door
Matt S people on drugs
baychevy No, the landlord even said, “Who does that?” 3:06
Crackhead/tweakers
Matt S meth heads😂
Tweaker house 100%
Edit, house to Trailer or shithole
yeah definitely a couple of meth heads livin there
Matthew Young yes
At it’s finest
100% tweakers
can you let me know if my music good?
I think the saddest part from this is the owner says ‘this is what they do to you when you try to help them’ I can fully understand her feeling that way but it’s sad that her trust and heart have been damaged by this experience.
I pray she can still feel compassion and can move on.
There is unfortunately some people who are so dark hearted, and evil in their intentions that they will bite any hand offered to them. X
Let’s be clear though she didn’t become a landlord outta the goodwill of her heart, she wants money.
@@mgeller854 Yes that's something we all need to survive. It's not greedy or immoral to provide for you and yours.
@@AlanMaxey yes but she wasn't helping them out they were paying money to live there that's not helping somebody out being a landlord is not helping somebody out
@@Stopcommentingthesamecomments actually it is, if you need a place. And given what loser scum these tenants were, she really was probably their last hope for a place. She is a poor judge of character. If you have limited background with people, get someone to help you evaluate a new tenant, and do a background check. Betcha she didn't.
@@nwofoe2866 no no it's not but ur dumb so it's cool 😎
Classy tenants 👌I'm surprised the adjacent property owners didn't call the cops from all the trash blowing over.
Everard Cooper Welcome to the desert this isn’t even that bad
Everard Cooper lol
Most neighbors dont want any trouble.
Everard Cooper can you let me know if my music good?
Hasn't she been by the property?? The outside would be the first clue they needed to go!!!
“Look at this” “Look” “Loook” 😂
This is why I don't think I could ever be a landlord
DeathScythe trust me it’s not easy my friend he was a landlord he owned 9 houses and if they didn’t pay and you had kick them out they would just destroy the homes rip the plumbing and electrical out, bust windows just madness.
maybe depends where you live lol If I was a landlord I'd be at rich area
I’m a landlord and the people living in the house have been living there for over 5 years. Great people, but very nervous to ask me to fix things I have to go to the house and see myself because they won’t tell me. Other than that they are very clean people.
Use a property manager as I do! Applicants lie every time!!
@@JoseFlores-so4ws they probably don't want you to come over because they see it as their house since they've been living there for 5+ years
Hopefully there will be a follow up because of the children and the animals
Athenia Buterakos-Drury or at least show the cop calling CPS
can you let me know if my music good? Athenia Buterakos-Drury
I elect you to
Why waste more of the cops time, it's a civil issue not a matter that needs the attention of a cop😂
@@user-xj2sm3xd5l Why would he call CPS for a kid he never saw and had no information on, you white people need to get out more and stop believing what you hear, I'm sure the house looked like this before, no landlord would ever let a tenant change locks or build on their property without proper documentation 😂😂
NO HINGES ON THE DOOR??!! *They were unhinged*
Lmao that was so bad I love it🤗👍
can you let me know if my music good?
Lmao
@@silverboii4323 it's not bro
SlipKnot why
As a courier for 20 years, I used to deliver to places like this sometimes. People would invite me in and I would politely decline.
1:44 "look what they did to my box"
Err, No thanks
C HUNT , I CRACKED WHEN I HEARD THAT 😂😂😂
Hahahaa
“would ya just look at it”
-Ed bassmaster
Under rated comment I wish he would do a remake of this hahaha
Why didn't this person give their tenants a 24 hour notice of entry the second they were refused entrance? Also why were they not doing periodic inspections of their property. The damage could have been largely negated if they were semi-competent landlords.
Civil court will be a waste of time and money. They will get a nice judgement which they will never be able to collect on.
You're right and unfortunately she learned a lesson there.
Considering she's taking this to court without a lawyer I think it's pretty safe to assume she's a pretty new landlord.
Adam can you let me know if my music good?
@@silverboii4323 No.
They probably filed for bankruptcy several times. And they probably also owe thousands to creditors. It will come out of her pocket.
this is why you should inspect your rental units every month, you can't rent to a stranger and then disappear for 2 years expecting everything to be okay
Exactly...absentee landlord
lots of places you can only inspect once per year
Inspect every month? So erode everyone's right to privacy due to a few bad apples...You must be a far left Democrat !
@@sandorclegane5469 Why does everything come down to Democrat vs. Republican with you people?
@@sandorclegane5469 You have no idea what you are talking about. I go to my properties every month to collect the rent. I don't go inside all of them but if the outside is well kept then the inside is usually the same way. A few of my properties I am there every 2 weeks to mow the grass. I have an application to fill out and check for references and job stability. I also do background checks. I don't have problems with my tenants very often. I am NOT a democrat either!
Burn it and get another trailer
@silky johnson Who said something about insurance?
@silky johnson no that's called it's a condemned structure and it's ok to demolish and settle with the insurance
Yea its gonna cost more to fix everything with it than buying a new trailer
can you let me know if my music good?
I really hope this poor landlady gets her house back in perfect condition as soon as possible at as low a cost as possible. Poor woman.
When my mom walks into my room 1:36
Take all their junk and deliver it to their new front yard!
Just load it all in a dump truck and dump it in their yard!
The tenants were the ones who let it get that bad in the first place, you really think they'll care? Besides that would be a couple grand worth of work. May as well just send it to a dump instead of offload all that on someone else.
beth98362 great idea, but I doubt they left a forwarding address
Hahahaha that would be great. You know theyd play victim too hahaha
beth98362 can you let me know if my music good?
can you let me know if my music good?
Legend has it that her kitchen counters were clean !
Hahahahaha
Her face when she says CLEAN got me dying😂😂
She said “and they built the shed right in front of the front door, come on now, who does that? “ hahahahaha
"The counters! It was clean before! Clean!"
Title guy back at it again.
Forever love that lady because her first reaction was how they had a little baby in that horrible place.
Plot twist- she is the tenant
That's my vibe.
DreamWave Dave then you’re terrible at reading people lol
Plot twist... Your comment is totally unoriginal.
“They wouldn’t let me come over here.” It’s your house, you are the landlord...
I would love to watch this case on judge Judy! Wow
"They never let me come by"
Uh... you're the landlord. Tenants don't get to just tell you you can't drive by (stopping by is different). I don't believe this lady completely
i think the police dont like you to drive by your tennants
I would say at that point you get a PD stand by to do a walk through if they are acting like that.
Funny I think your right, something doesn't add up,but then again we could be wrong
He’s a very chill cop
LivePD has taught me that NYE county is apparently a wasteland
Honestly once the officer heard there was an infant living in their, he didnt care about the ladies claims for damages, he was more concerned with how the child was living. That poor baby. I hope the lady gets her place back in order. I would be distraught too if my place looked like that after tenants.
Outa my 10 years of renting a home. If there's one thing I learned is that people dont care and will do anything to the home. What I started doing was asking 500$ -1000 for deposit, so when the day comes that the tenants want to leave. if the house is in good condition I give them their money back. if I see the house messed up I won't give them their deposit back.
Yea that's literally how a deposit works...
So a security deposit?
That's a genius idea....wow....how did you come up with this?
The difference, @@drej1015, is the sum he's asking for. Security Deposits often scale according to the risk factor.
That house isn't as bad as it could have been. I've helped clean houses after renters left where trash was literally 2 feet high in the entire house. We wore hazmat suits and used snow shovels to clean.
That's sad. Whenever we moved we left a list of damages and even vacuumed the house and washed the walls. Usually the damage was fixed but needed paint. Never holes in the walls.
Darrell Cook renters like you are appreciated!
Thanks, I wouldn't want that to happen to me,I won't do that to someone else. Golden rule.
What a helpful cop.
Look what they did to my box.
I lost it. 😂
this has convinced me that renting out places is like babysitting criminals unless you are lucky.
Ah. Eating in n out while hitting this bong and watching live PD .
"Trailer trash" or "Trailer trashed"?
imagine that your evicting someone and they trash the place, that is an everyday thing now
Charge a fee slightly above going rate,if the tenant can't afford it they usually can't maintain it, inspect monthly and repair faults of your liability and there's immediately charging them for there damages monthly. Contract every aspect of the lease agreement.
Another great video! Thank you for keeping us safe!
This look like reno 911😂😂😂
Four minutes and 43 seconds is enough time to listen to that lady's voice lol clearly she's upset, and really, who wouldn't be? But JEEZUS enough is enough of THAT for me! 🤣
Another life lesson learned from LivePD: Never use your rental property to "help" people.
I swear every trash pile had an empty container of cheese balls.
I'm curious to see how it looked before those junkies moved in.
Welcome to Live PD, the show & tell edition.
And this is why I stopped being a landlord.
Because you too were a lazy sloppy landlord?
LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the way officer walked away, like “oooh my god”
I'm getting an "Aunt Chippy" vibe from her.
"I don't need a lawyer" famous last words
More episodes please
Ed bassmaster really got into character for this one "would you look at it" 🤣🤣🤣
Your first clue lady is when they told you to stay away from your own property!! 🤔✌️
Can we take a moment to appreciate the camera man for not saying anything in that situation ????👏👏👏
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha the after effects of being a slum lord
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"as you can see, that house is in disarray."

No kidding.

"Zeriazzzly?"
She reminds me of 'Mr.Slave'.
3:49 jesus look at those crazy eyes.." i dont need a lawyer...i can talk to the judge!" like lady you were just writing down that the cop said 'civil court'..you dont have a clue whats going on
She needs major help
My parents rented out their basement for a while when I was younger. Most tenants were normal, good people, but, of course, they had their one bad episode. A lady and her son started stealing from us. They both got arrested. The police came to confiscate their property. The garage they were also renting was completely full of stolen items! I'm pretty sure they were meth addicts.
1:46 look what they did to
my box!! LOL
The cop looks like jon bernthal from the punisher series
STP.
Secret tweaker pad 😂🤢💀
You would know.
Nice Sublime reference 😁🙌🏼❤
Secret??
Every time we think of buying a house to rent out, I watch one of these videos. We change our minds real quick.
Take a shot every time she said “look”
you can make this clip into a drinking game everytime she says "look at this" you take a shot.
Good luck with alcohol poisoning
She keeps saying, “they didn’t let me come here.” Lady, it’s YOUR property - they can’t stop you! Some people shouldn’t be landlords.
So in two years collecting rent you had no idea your place was that dirty....ummmm ok
Val G I doubt she was collecting rent.
So she was letting them live their rent free for two year's..and she was not allowed in her own back yard to see if the property was damaged?
It was CLEAN!!!!
Yea I don't think you'll need a lawyer for that. If you do, that's some BS
katana_92 can you let me know if my music good?
I feel bad for her but two words...BACKGROUND CHECK...!!!
And...your tenants can't tell you that you "can't come in" 🙄
Not sure you'll see a dime from people like that.
This was her fault. How you going to own the house and rent it out to people and they say "no you can't come over" Lmfao
She must be new to prop management. "It was CLEAN before....it was CLEAN"
"i don't need to pay for a lawyer i need to pay to fix this!" No, you get a lawyer so that you don't have to pay to fix it.
as a owner of the rental property and a huge fan of Judge Judy I have tons of advice to share.
Lmao when she says “ my counters were clean “!
we had renters just like this
"Look what they did to my box" !!!!!!
They chilled well😂
The sad thing is right. I’m a plumber and I work for a company that does maintenance on houses owned by the government. These houses are then tenanted by people that don’t have jobs and just have other issues which affect them earning money and owning houses. Every single week we go into houses exactly like this and it’s horrible. And people are living in these conditions. It’s horrible to see that people think this is ok and to raise children in homes like this is awful.
We walk into these houses and on pretty much every single wall there is a hole in which someone has punched and created it. Or the floors have never been cleaned and they are covered in food and dust. There are so many examples I could say. Also yes a lot of the people living in the houses we go into are on madd drugs or they are dealers so that doesn’t help the situation either.
I totally understand how frustrated this owner is. Idk if we can help people change how they live or if they are just filthy in general, but it is honestly so sad to see.
Just thought I’d add my two cents.
Look what they did to my box! Lol 😂
"Come this way, come this way" 😂😂😂😂 I am weak
Camera man breathing extra hard
It’s the officers mic
@@j.aguilar590 oh my bad bro
I know better than to leave my own property unchecked for months and months at a time.
This is why you inspect properties. Not trying to victim-blame, but that's part of being a landlord.
True , but bare in mind the kind of people who were there , the woman was probably in fear in fairness , if they are gonna live like that , i really doubt they have positive nor friendly attitudes towards much else either..
Wtf how can someone live like that
Look what they did to my box 😂😂
Tweakers are something else man 😂😂
As a landlord this is why you should take extremely detailed pictures and videos of everything before a new tenet moves in
I'm glad to see that even though she was surely angry and upset about her property being trashed, she was equally upset that they had a baby in that mess. She's right -- that's no place to raise a child.
Something tells me she's gonna have a hard time collecting through the civil process from the group of crackheads that did this to her property. Hope you had Insurance lady.
Take these people to Judge Judy! They'll be crying by the time she gets done with them.
Omg I just said the same thing ! That I would love to watch this case on judge Judy 😆

1:44 sounds like a good time
