This young woman is from a different culture how she feeds her child, allows for safety, mobility is up to her. The child looks healthy, mom is doing a good job. I marvel at how they use the limited materials and tools to build a home, furnish it and care for their babies all at once. Plus harvest food items to sell and make a living. Please be kind ..
It's very hard to take care a baby at that age because they don't want to play alone. I'm a mom too, so I really understand why this single mom always carried her baby at her back....because we have a multi task to do at home, that's why some of moms would be stress!!
Things are starting to come together. Your home is great. Please build a playpen for your daughter. It isn't good for her to be tied to your back all the time. She gets very fussy and tired just dangling there. Also feed her food, not just breast milk.
She is not dangling on her back people that's there culture this is how they always carry there babies please stop putting these ladies down they work very hard ..
I don’t know why everyone is always so concerned about the babies being carried around on their mothers backs that’s the way it’s been since the begging of time right up until the women’s liberation movement when they started demanding to be included in the work force, I carried around my kids in a similar manner while doing housework and running errands when they were babies except the ones we had the baby was held in the front and not the back. My mother carried her kids and her mother before that carried her kids. Stop bothering these mothers about taking care of their babies instead of leaving them lying infront of the tv or iPad.

Absolutely! It wasn’t too many years ago that women did the same in this country. Now they are spoiled and don’t understand what hard work is all about. Suggesting that they buy toys when they can’t buy necessities is ridiculous! Be kind

I would suggest putting a removable bar above the base of your door, it will stop your child getting out when you don't want her to, she is close to being able to get outside.
As someone else mentioned, a playpen would be great, will give you freedom to do other things.
