      Thank you for the support! I’m still staying on my plan for the tax reasons. Buuut my portfolio is down another 8k since recording this haha I’m also hoping it goes up once (if) Trump is elected. I definitely wish I cashed out back in March haha

    A few student loan companies aren't charging interest currently.
    Also property taxes of $2500 was missed if mistaken.

      Yes Ma’m, my dad already paid for this year. For the $2500 for taxes, I’ll just give that to my dad sometime before taxes are due next year. Sorry for the confusion, I should’ve explained that better

    Great video, but somewhat long. Might consider how to shorten the videos. Before he goes back to school, he need to contact the loan provider and ask if his repayment is put on pause since he is/will be a full-time studeht. Where it doesn't incurred interest since he in school. That should help in payoff those loans faster.

      It's tough to capture everything in a shorter time since I'm treating these like actual coaching sessions which are usually always an hour and a half or longer! I think with time I may be able to get them shorter though.

      Loans going into deferment is standard when you return to school with so many hours. It doesn't have to be FT.

      I think in that having a second pair of eyes on your budget is helpful. Your questions and approach are so chill Leila. But you have him options and things to consider. Getting rid of that $2,500 debt, just makes me feel better watching this. He can do it. Great episode!!!🎉

      @@wendiw1445For health insurance I just use the VA healthcare, it’s free healthcare to any veteran with a rating. I don’t have Dental though.

      I’ve been worrying about finances for a while. I tried to stay positive while talking about all of my finances with someone.
      It was also excited since I’ve watched the channel for about 2 years now! haha
