How can Any company get it so wrong . Any company that undertakes any major excavation does geo drilling and should have the bore logs so they can tender a job properly. Some unknown variations always can occur but it seems these clowns did absolutely no investigations into ground conditions at all. They tendered on the job and if they didn't do their due diligence before they tendered they should wear the costs Not Australian taxpayers . As I've said a thousand times over if the Australian government has anything to do with any major project or idea you can bet it will be a disaster .
