I stopped at Cull svcs at end of 2012 with my older brother for a bacon roll breaky! We were on our way to the forest of Dean and Pontrilas in Wales. I live in Plymouth now but I so so miss the drive from Cornwall up the M5 then either into Wales on M4 or North onto the M6 to the Lake District (+ Grange O/S) & Scotland. Can't wait for these accursed lockdowns to be over. I don't want to play anymore! So I appreciate your video as it brings back nice holiday memories by myself or with my friend. Thank you!
Hello Mike great motorway film. When I was on holiday in swanage Dorset with my family my father stopped at michael wood services heading back to scotland. Michael wood services is a lovely place to stop for a bite to eat. I like cullompton services too. Fantastic place also. Happy motoring.
My family & I stopped at Cullompton Services last year on our way back from Flambards theme park in Cornwall.
How many of you are familiar with the wicker man next to the big Morrisons (Nr Tiverton I think)? Anybody remember the Tyrannosaurus Rex near Bridgwater or the camels further north?

All sorts of cars here. 32:51 Mercedes SL280, 39:43 Lotus Elise, 58:54 Porsche Boxster, 1:45:26 Renault Alpine A610 and 1:46:30 Jaguar XKR. Also, side notes 1:27:31 the reneged Volkswagen Amarok. Supposed to be sold in the United States, but wasn't. And lol at the idiot in the Mercedes E Class Estate at 1:01:54.

P730VCG Records no longer kept at DVLA which would suggest it has been scrapped. It was a 1996 1.9 diesel, probably failed its MOT on emissions. It's strange how even very popular cars just seem to disappear from our roads overnight. www.howmanyleft.co.uk/browse/citroen/citroen_xantia
@@MikeFairman the last MOT was 16 July 2013 but oddly passed with no advisories, it was probably on the way to the scrapyard!
I sold my old diesel Volvo 960 about 3 years ago, looks like it is currently SORN. You don't see that many old Volvo estates about now. It's a pity they were good solid cars ☺
