Wut? Well, Houraji was exposed to Sirin's Core... Idk. Apparently, another piece of Sirin exists both inside Kiana and Houraji. Houraji is now a Psuedo Herrscher...
After she became a herrscher I honestly don't know for sure because I haven't gotten into the Reborn Arc yet. But what was clear was that she was unconscious and her body began to corrupt even though she had Kiana's stigmata. And that's where GGZ DLC mode started until she regained consciousness.
It may be too late to reply, according to the newest story line of Ggz, Kyuushou come and fit to the story line because prof Mei created stigma system super AI call Alaya want to change that kiana will end up become herrscher of end after she meet Mei, Broyna and end up with threasa. It just matter of time that kiana will become herrscher end and destroy world again. So Alaya choose Kyuushou to change this destiny of kiana.
