In today's video I play Minecraft but if my Twitch chat spells the word "dirt" all dirt gets removed, if the spell the word "bolt" I get struck by lightning, if Twitch chat spells "clear" my inventory gets cleared, and finally if my chat spells "dead" I die.

What you could do, is make it once chat triggers a prompt, it will periodically trigger the command, like every 1-2 min, or add it to a list of spelt words, and triggers the entire list any time a word is spelt
