It was a fantastic idea, especially for the self-made artists & companies that it was centered around! It was just in the wrong place... location, location, location. Festival Bay never took off, so it was almost guaranteed this wouldn't have, either. One step in the door and the uncertainty for failure couldn't have been more prevalent. I feel awful for the artists and independent companies that lost here, it's truly a crime. Each time I ever went, there could've never been more than 15 people in the entire 'mall', not including the scarce amount of employees. It was often eerily quiet, most of the shops were also closed during what most would consider peak times, especially those out later in the afternoon. It had quite the sad ora. It was a great experience and it was a fantastic replacement for what used to stand there, but it was just in the wrong location...

Looking forward to this! Will have to add on to my list of new things to do in Orlando! Thank you!
Great video! Do more of these none-convention attraction videos for us locals!
Seems like an interesting concept.
You had me at big German beer garden. Look at the facade!
Is the theater there still open cause that theater is the best?
As you probably know, its now open and doing well. We opened our own store here (Hyder Gallery), come see us and the rest of the "Artists Mall".
I'm glad they replaced the skatepark with another skatepark!
What's phase two?
