Delete / Bypass / Remove Google Account Lock (FRP) on Motorola Moto G Pure XT2163-4!

Video showing a Google Account Lock (otherwise known as FRP, for Factory Reset Protection) successfully being bypassed/removed on a Motorola Moto G Pure (model number XT2163-4). Google includes this security feature with all devices on Android 5.1 and up so that when a device is reset without first removing the Google account, the device is locked to the previous owner's account. This process that we do to the device allows a bypass of the screen that asks for the Google account of the previous user. And, this same process can also be done for almost any other Moto G Pure with a model number starting with XT2163.
