I took a walk in the old town.

地元です。
普段何気なく通っている道もこうやって記録された動画で見るとまた違った発見がありました。
今はそう珍しくもない記録かもしれませんが、これが20年後、30年後には非常に貴重な資料になります。
あるいは100年後や200年後には文化財と言える様なものになるはずです。
こういう記録を撮って、動画を公開してくださってありがとうございます。
43年前に住んでた元地元民です。
本当に懐かしい、若宮新地通の
喜八さんまだご健在なんですね
子供の頃、親によく連れていって
もらいました。
2件右隣の角の家は、同級生の
友達の家で島崎モスリン店でした。
この通りで夏は夜店が開かれてて
よく通ったのですが、
小学生だったからか大きい道の
イメージがあります。
今はこういう動画が残せるので
羨ましいですね☺️

泉南は、泉佐野、貝塚、岸和田、泉大津それぞれ、文化財級の民家、建造物が少なからず残っていますね。いつまでも大切にして欲しいものです。

One of my dreams if I visit Japan is to explore streets like this one. Often the most interesting places are not found where crowds of tourists go. Also, I want to enjoy the small, family ran restaurants and shops - they need the business more than the huge chain stores.
There are many small restaurants and shops in Japan that are not sightseeing spots, but the management is difficult.
@@stroll-japan I once had an idea "Adopt a small business" abroad. The concept was: small number of tourists, who are frequent visitors to Japan to choose specific places where they'd shop, sleep or drink&eat. Those tourists will be split in smaller groups, each visiting during different seasons, as to keep the business afloat even during hard times. This way, small family owned businesses will have a set "secure" clientele. This model could save thousands of shops, restaurants and inns, re-invigorate rural areas etc.
泉佐野は絶対発展のポテンシャルがあると思うんですよね？ 空港からすごく近いんだから、もっと栄えてもおかしくない。
