Elise started as an analyst at the Singapore office with a background in chemical engineering. Through support from her manager, she managed to pursue a masters degree in economics, helping her gain a team lead position. Now she works as a gasoline trader, taking advantage of her numerical, commercial and communication skills. She also tells us about her experience with getting a child and bp’s efforts to foster diversity and inclusion.
