World class is not equal to gambling stakeholders+shareholder(who is investing based on market trend). The play and manipulation of the market is not equal to skilled/smart. Attention or eyeball or who I want to read and learn from has nothing to do with successful, market trends, or what my company or colleagues are following. Learning is a very very personal private activity and choice. One doesn’t need to detect Tom Brady, learner needs to seek and the master needn’t be world class or any class. When the student is ready, the guru and the goal is revealed. One’s path then begins, all else is BS.
