this is kind of a spoiler but you asked so I shall answer, the pearl jacket is their costume for blood sweat and tears (a wings era song) , they were on tour when they made this MV so they just used anything on hand and asked the stylists if they could use these jackets (they later performed spinebreaker in these costumes during their 5th muster) also some more insight, Jin made the choreography

RM is saying mind your own business, what is wrong with buying expensive clothes if he pays for it himself. He points out how kids are socially pressured to do so if they don’t want to be ostracized. Adults often forget how hard it is to survive teen years and how cruel kids can be to one another. It’s another type of survival. In the end, all three rappers agree that breaking your parents spine is bad.
