My HR department wanted me to rewrite a job description for a data analyst because apparently words like "analysis" are discouraging to female applicants..
I stuck to my guns and eneded up hiring a woman into the role.

The HR lady hated me. I remember she asking my colleagues and I what fiction books we were reading. I answered politely but honestly I don't read any. I disagree. Women often blame men for their poor marks or the fact that there is low female interest in certain trades or degrees. That of called avoidance of accountability. Instead of just saying you do not have the aptitude or skillset you want to blame men and say it’s a guy’s club. Grow tf up

    • @JT-mb1te
      @JT-mb1te 25 дней назад +3

@ Why would you expect that? Most females cannot survive alone in the wilderness. We saw this with Bear Grylls. He did a series putting men and women on separate islands. They bother were trained in first aid and wilderness survival. The women almost died note than once. Got lost the first two days. Could not hunt, fish, filter water, or start a fire. Then they started bullying each other. Half the women went home by choice. Maybe one or two men went home. The men had a community going. The women were just as trained and still almost died multiple times snd could not work together. So again, why would you have boys and girls do the same thing in Scouts of America when there are statistically more higher IQed, physically and mentally stronger, and the resilience to survive independently. Men and women are equal in value but not the same physiologically or chemically. Please stop making these lies.

    Assuming that the snowman is 3 dimensional, we'd have to do (4/3π25^3) + (4/3π30^3) + (4/3π35^3) to get 654,49.8 + 113,097 + 179,594, which would give us 358,141 cm^3
Now for the carrot, it looks to be about the same length as the radius of the top circle, and weirdly around 12 cm wide. So now we have to do π6^2 25/3 which gives us 942 cm^3.
So to get the volume of the snowman, we add 942 to 358,141. This gives us the final answer of 359,083 cm^3.

@lookgood8135 one example: when I was in school if you wore a sleeveless shirt or anything deemed "inappropriate" you were sent to the principals office and usually also sent home from school. Guys would ALWAYS wear those cutoff t shirts that they cut themselves, you can literally see their entire chest. Or shirts with graphics of drugs and violence. They NEVER got in trouble. I got legitimately pulled out of class and sent home for a shirt that had "too small of sleeves", for a skirt that was almost to my knees that was "too revealing", regular ass jeans that they say are too revealing. Mind you I had a strict mom who wouldnt let me wear ANYTHING bad. But if they deemed you to be an attractive female, you would be sent home so you "don't distract the boys in class who are trying to learn" like legit this is what they told me the reason was. To not distract the boys. So their answer is to terminate MY studies.
If a boy can't concentrate on class because I am simply existing THEY need to be taken out of class.
Nowadays kids wear crop tops and all kinds of crazy things to school

Kids who were at my elementary school this was in the 80s years. They wanted to race each other, and jump and cared about having their own desk, and chair, and running around and playing with other students on the playground. Remembering the long chains swing set and they cared about racing and seeing how high your going to go. And then jumped off in the middle of the air and landed on sand or grass or dirt. Students made arts and crafts, making some art work and giving it to the teacher or for their parents. Girls that I used to know in elementary school, we seemed to have different likes about stuff.
I loved Barbie dolls, playing outside in the neighborhood with other kids. Riding bicycles. Going to the beach or to the neighborhood park or getting ice cream from the gas station down the street.

      Assuming that the snowman is 3 dimensional, we'd have to do (3/4π25^3) + (3/4π30^3) + (3/4π35^3) to get 654,49.8 + 113,097 + 179,594, which would give us 358,141 cm^3

Speaking on that "what math smells like" question (paragraph incoming)
There is an actual sensory condition called synesthesia that allows people who have the condition to experience sensory information through mutplile senses at once. Creating unique but often challenging abilities for the individual. For instance, the most common form is when people see colors that correspond to seeing/hearing a certain word, letter, or number. It's specifically Lexical-gustatory synesthesia - also known as LG synesthesia that cause phantom tastes for individuals, meaning yes- math can indeed have certain taste for people. However, when it comes to people synesthesia, it is very rare for two people to share the same taste, smell, or color for the same exact word or letter. Instead, it usually varies from person to person.

The thing is that this is partially reversed from reality. In real life the Education system is geared towards making the girls more successful and neglecting the boy’s needs. Girls, especially at this age range, are better with the “sit down and listen” education, whereas boys in this age range need more hands-on learning and time to vent their natural energy with physical activity.
Which is why women are increasingly out performing men with High School and College Graduation levels: men have a much harder start in the Education system as boys than women do as girls.
