Starts at @6:00 basically if someone said something bad and you keep replaying it in your mind then that relationship will never improve even though you stop talking to them. However, if after you stop talking you change your mind to reframe and think positive of this person then they will change to align with your imaginations.
You've always said: "when you change the way you look at things the things you look at start to change". It's something I try to remind myself of as often as I can.
you have to practice it with little things and realize the truth in it. try it. take one situation and look at it from different angles, turn it upside down, inside out etc. every day for 2-3 weeks. see if "it changes"... magic 🙈🙉🙊🤫
Your example is perfect because it shows how intricate you have to be when delving into your own mind if you wanna create a change where there is resistance. 1. Identify the problem- easy 2. Ask yourself why it triggers you- more challenging 3. Resolve the trigger within you so that it no longer triggers you- for which you need deep meditation, persistence, wisdom, etc.

As a kid I'd often wake up in a state of extreme rage with no idea why, but it was just my genetics or in other words genetics are ancestral baggage passed down through generations. i always felt like the limiting beliefs my parents/friends/lovers had an influence on me. Yet I hadnt clearly realized that my own limiting beliefs about them would do the same. Thank you for reminding me about my own power and influence that I am capable of. I am inspired to see the greater good in others now, to lift their burden, etc.

By asserting myself (self-persuaded), I recognize that they exist, and that we are on the same path through this temporary physical existence. Just doing this, may ignite a spark within them which will brighten their day, or to feel that someone cares (about the burdens they carry). As an "I AM", it is your duty to express the Christ within you. Keep this in your mind: Any relationship is one Spiritual Being with another Spiritual Being. The only "mountains" that we need to remove, are the ones we created.

Holy crap, Joseph!!!!! I prayed on this. I looked up thought transference two days ago but didn’t see your video here. Then again I looked on Google. I prayed today and BOOM! Here we are. I BELONG!! You have no idea how that shifted my images in my mind the moment I did it. It felt so DIFFERENT. Suddenly I could see myself being embraced. Thank you!!!! Edit: I just watched this yesterday but this morning I had the most amazing encounter with a woman at the gym. Her and I go everyday and I had thoughts prior to this encounter that she socialized more with the other probably because she knew them better. BUT Alas, something amazing happened. I told myself that I would do what you said in this video and I kept telling myself I belong and I am welcome everywhere. GUESS WHAT? This woman was so kind to me and her demeanor was light ONLY I now realize I was light. I carried a conversation with her for about 20 to 30 minutes and it was great! Completely different interaction. Kind woman. Social, and I realize now just how much things can shift in an instant if we allow it to change. THANK YOU!

The way I think about this is that you must always abstain from negative projections upon others to the best of your abilities, and must, in your positive projections, think not of forcing fate, or manipulating another, but rather have an attitude like an extended hand, offering a positive frame and projection of energy for the other person to meet if they so choose. May it harm none, and bless all those involved.
So that imagination is the faith that Jesus talks about. Anybody knows the root Hebrew, Aramaic or Greek word for "faith" and its relation to "imagination"? Maybe the same numerical value like Hebrew"God" and "Love" having the same value of 13?
I tried to lift the burden of my husband who I believe is a narcissist. It did not work. My good thoughts and feelings made it worse. How would you say this works with toxic people. It totally made my situation worse. I tried to see him differently. I wonder if there is something to people with personality disorders cause this to not work. His essence is very toxic. He has no real love. The more love I sent it got worse. I let go of resistance to his traits. He was a very angry man on the inside. No amount of love made a difference
