9:40 you have to be right next to the ledge for down throw to go offstage but there is a setup where if they do slip of the ledge, you can immediately down smash and if they don't buffer airdodge it will hit

You would have to tune down more than just KO punch imo; Mac is fast as fuck, hits hard, and has super armor on basically everything for no reason. His strengths can only be justified because of his glaring weakness, if you're gonna buff his weakness than you gotta nerf his strengths or he becomes broken
