Yea I’ve heard that deficiency in zinc and vitamin D play a big part in hair loss. I’ve been taking vitamin D for a while but I didn’t know about Zinc. Thank you drs

Magnesium is highly important than taking vitamin D supplement or foods because the fact is Magnesium is responisble to contribute vitamin D3 metabolism in body deep cellular level.
Vitamin D deficiency simply means we are deficient in magnesium in first place.
No wonder magnesium is very crucial for hair growth.

But what about topical spironolactone for men?

A great question. I was curious about that for men who wanted to keep their hair, but wanted to still have masculinizing effects in the body. Systemic SPIRONOLACTONE isn't good for me.

Thanks for this video. I just started using Spironolactone 50 mg. a day together with 2.5 mg. Minoxidil tablets. I was about to ask my Dr. for a 100 mg. a day cause I thought it's more effective.
    Greetings from the Netherlands.

    Hi Doctor.
I'm 30 / Male, I'm diagnosed with adult ADHD, my psychiatrist prescribed me to use the below mentioned medicines.
*Methylphenidate - 20 mg SR ( once in morning )
    *Modafinil - 200 mg. ( once in morning )
    * Melatonin - 3 mg ( once in night )
I also suffer from male pattern baldness ( Androgenic Alopecia) , hence my dermatologist prescribed me to use the below mentioned medicines only at night.
    *Dutasteride - 0.5 mg
    *Spironolactone - 100 mg
Here's my 3 concerns and need ur kind intervention.
    1) Does these 5 medicine interact with each other and invalidate or reduce the effectiveness of either drugs ?
    2) Does the usage of Spironolactone on long term led to development of type 2 diabetes?
    3) Does long term use of Spironolactone cause renal kidney impairment failure ( acute / chronic kidney disease ) ?
I'm really afraid and concerned. Please help me on this.
    Thanks in advance doctor.

Get zinc from food. Zinc supplements can cause a copper deficiency. Can find foods with higher amounts by searching the web for usda .gov foods zinc. I would rather be bald than have weakness, panic attacls and anhedonia from zinc
Doctor rutherford: "Copper deficiency is commonly due to taking too much zinc"
( Creates more of a substance called
      Metallothionein).
From a youtube video called copper neuropathy. The recommended amount was 15 miligrams, reduced to 11 because it affects hdl cholesterol and copper absorption
