Out of the box mine weights 9.5 lbs., 11 lbs. with bracket. I haven't hunted out of it yet, but I'm already looking to modify it. Thanks for sharing.

How are the leveling holes working out?
Have you put a batwing on there?
Instead of doing all the mods why not just replace the ratchet strap with a cam buckle strap on the tree bracket. I did it and it works awesome and I list the weight of the ratchet strap
How did you add the versa buttons to the stand?
I bought the versa buttons from XOP. I drilled through the upright in-between the holes on the top and the bottom of the upright.
They are way out on their weights. Whoever was measuring the stands for them in the chinese factory had non calibrated scales.
