Ooh, think this was my favourite meals video yet! Every day looked heavenly. I tell you how swede is nice. When you do sausage and mash, do half of it with mashed swede. Sounds odd but is nicer thsn just plain mash. The lamb looked delicious, i like it slathered in mint jelly. I really liked Roo and Flossie's dinner of sliced potatoes, beans and tuns mayo. I live in the north east in Durham and up here 'Flossie' ie a term of endearment. I love the inspired names of your children.

Those meals look delicious. I'm with you on the swede, love it mashed , but not so much roasted. And your breakfast wraps look & I net they taste so good, much nicer than the McDonald's ones ( I'm not , never have been a McDonald's fan). And what's not to like about jacket potato with bolognese sauce & cheese!! I made a chilli yesterday but I had mine with jacket potato, prefer that to rice. Love your meal videos

@OrdinaryEnglishMum we never eat cold tortillas. Especially when we make breakfast tacos. You should learn to make homemade flour tortillas. Very easy. The hardest part is rolling them out into circles, but that comes with practice

Is the really spicey things a mum thing? Ever since trying to induce labours with a spicey curry really changed my pallet I just love spicey things too!!!
Thank you so much, we always boil until quite soft then put the lid on with lots of butter and salt inside sometimes some garlic too and shake it up so they're nice and fluffy then put them on the tray and put some olive oil and salt if needed on top!

4:07 I watch What's For Tea, and she always eats swede. So I looked it up and saw that in America, it's called a rutabaga. So I go and buy one.... ugg. Disgusting. The 3 things I really don't like are raw onions, liver, and horseradish. I'm not too picky. But I just couldn't with the rutabaga. I was peeling and slicing it and I had to toss it 🤢
Haha I totally understand that I wouldn't say I'm a big fan of it but I'll have it if it's there. I love raw onions but not liver that does make me feel sick haha x
