They let you use Roar with Nourish?? But then again, Saryn can have 3 dmg buffs with helminth so why am I surprised. I just thought that Nourish is in the same category as Eclipse or Roar or Xata. Guess because of the energy utility it isn't?
The game doesn't treat it like a damage buff since it primarily is for energy sustain but it may has well be considered one for the free viral procs it can make

vex armor - eclipse - roar - AMP are in the same category you can't have 2 of these abilities on 1 warframe config
It has the same rulings as additional weapon damage so it doesn't double dip like xata and roar combined wiuld
