Why do people feel the need to police the way others craft??? The point is to relax and enjoy yourself 🙄 I love that you are real in the way your videos are done. It helps me to build my confidence. It helped me to understand the different ways I could approach my project. Before I found your channel I stuck with paper pumpkins kits or other kits that had me just assemble. This is better

Your poppies are so pretty. At least that's what everyone is posting about what flower they are. I wouldn't know. LOL! So I have not tried embossing powder over your ink! What a great idea and then they have a lovely shine to them! Love it! I love those boxes too! I quit my subscription after a year but I buy the boxes whenever I see them on sale. I almost have them all. I did skip on the ones I wasn't too excited about. I think this one is the one to get! Thanks for your video!!

I know, it's so hard for me to not keep it going...but I have to be real. We will see, my plan is to stop at 36.
I love that embossing folder. It would be pretty as just an all white card with the sentiment being the only color on the card. It looked pretty after you colored and embossed it, but it just looked so so. Until, you did the close up then I got to see how beautiful it really was. The camera didn’t pick up the true beauty until you did the close up.
I am totally with you on all of that! When I was editing...I was like "man, I should have left them in white! LOL! It is so pretty. As I was filming I knew the detail wouldn't pick up until the images! (: TYSM!!

I totally agree with the comment below. I love this kit and can't wait for paper wishes to get it. They usually sell them a bit below the 25.00 which helps cover the postage.

I love your card!! I played with my box the other day and used the tile stencil like an emboss folder using a rubber mat...I loved how it turned out. Thank you for sharing...I think I'm will use emboss powder on my next one. 😁

Yes its definitely a poppy which we wear in November for remembrance day. Our poppies are red with a black centre. I have this box & did the middle of the poppy with a black sharpie 😁

Good morning I saw this on the website at crafters companion I was a little iffy about getting it, but then again I’m not a good at stenciling your card is magnificent.
I looked on their site and didn't see it...not sold out, just not there. Was it this box? They do have an older stencil kit that is very similar. Maybe they had it for a bit and pulled it after it sold out. For me, the nest price is on CC's site bc of the Platinum discount. TYSM!

It is a Poppy, but I love the Calafornia Poppy as their colours are so beautiful :) This was the 1st Craft Box I bought & I love it. Unfortunately I leant it to a Craft Group & never got the detail stencil back, so I have to be very careful when colouring in the raised details. Your card has come out beautiful :)
Thank you! I'm brand new to the gemini's & I have spent a couple hours having a play with my "new to me" cutter & foil machines. The 3D plastic embosser just wouldn't go through with both clear plates. But tried with a bottom plate, rubber embossing mat, 3D folder & plastic shim. It's gone through ok
Finished project slightly wrinkled, not sure if the card is too thick or thin ✨
I really like that kit, love those flowers and the butterflies. The card turned out so pretty.
I purchased the Crafters Companion 3D embossing folders with stencils from HSN. They have 2 layering stencils for the scene but none for the background. They work similarly to these. I also added ink on top after all the stenciling for more detail.
I did see they have some new folder/stencil combos. TYSM!

Love how it turned out. I love the tip about the embossing powder to set the pigment ink. I struggle with her inks smearing even though I love the colors. Just curious about the glue you use. Have you ever used Art Glitter Glue and if so, how does it compare to what you use? What you use is much more affordable! AGG is stupid expensive.

Beautiful card! We used to have a ton of red poppies and wildflowers in the medians and at interchanges along the interstate highways in North Carolina. The program must have lost funding but there are some areas where they re-seed themselves.
It turned out great, was a little worried in the beginning. I hope CC will release as a single in the future.
The flowers look like Icelandic poppies, easy to grow in California.

That is so kind, thank you! Yes, the Marquise can emboss...just use the paper in the folder...run it through. However, DP has said to only use "regular" embossing folders...not the thicker 3D type.
Gorgeous. This embossing is stunning! When you refer to pixie spray is it the one from Tonic? I hope Tonic sends you their sparkle spray, it’s made for stencils, etc. Did you create a quilling video too?
TYSM!! So, Pixie Spray is a stencil/removable adhesive...Anna Griffin used it a lot but I think it's made by a different company. I have a few quilling videos. I do love Tonic's sparkle spray, I have a few...I'll try and use them more often! They have a nice bundle of them in this weekend's bundle offers!
The boxes are a great deal. This set is amazing. Totally worth it for the little dot one! For the centers, do you still have the pollen that you purchased? Maybe that would be fun to use with the flowers.

I used one cutting plate, the folder with the paper in it, the magnetic mat and plastic shim. You can also do the two cutting plates and the folder with paper. I'm sorry if I didn't show that clearly enough. TYSM!

TYSM! So, no, you don't have to renew...it will just keep going indefinitely. In your autoship manager, you will see the scheduled boxes w/a brief description and can skip or leave them alone ahead of time...and you can also cancel altogether there, if you ever want to do that.

Do you own We R Memory Keepers layering guides? You can make mats around your sentiment rectangle or square and make any size mat you want. Maybe check them out on youtube. I really love them.

I have, I usually get kawaii stationery and fountain pens from them. I stay away from anything that might be "knock off" as I would not be able to use them on my channel, are usually not quite right in their manufacturing/size...and so are worthless to me. LOL!
