It ashame most adventists pastors cant preach on modest dressing because their wives is not modesly dressed their dresses are tight and short and they wear these very high heels its a shame
It changes the physiology of the feet. Shortens the tendons and throws your hips off balance when you walk. And commonly, heels are as soy with women of tonight. It accentuates the form and draws the eye leading to lust.
I agree...remove the music and birds songs from this...it is very distracting...This messages needs to be spread everywhere....especially to our young people
They were to me at first but when I focused on the sermon, I didn't even remember the birds or the music. Focus on the message and take it to heart and believe me, the Lord will cancel out the background noise. The message is a must for today's don time. Too many superficial Christian women and men nowadays. Men are immodest by wearing those tight body shirts and diamond watches. Also, men are wearing shorts shorter than ever. We are truly living in an immodest society.
Why the horrid background sound of the wooden brother ie the organ when the Minister is preaching? And besides, New Testament worship is in Spirit and in Truth . Give me the glorious, natural songs of those birds in the sanctuary of God any day rather than the synthetic, mechanical instruments. And while I am on the subject of worship, why do infallible, a capella, metrical Psalms no longer find a place in modern churches while unbiblical, fallible human compositions have the monopoly of what is sung?
The Tie is a fallacy. So with no tie, no need of a clip! Suits are better looking without the tie. Suits with a tie natutaly lead the Eyes straight to the tie and then down it but, a suit without the tie naturally directs the eyes up toward the face if eyes even habitually look toward the chest (missing tie)... therefore, the eyes are inclined to find the others eyes or lips as one speaks. SDA's need to lose the tie tradition. Vests are a more modest approach if the jacket alone doesn't suffice.
We dress modestly knowing that people are subject to error of temptation; that in our love we are compassionate in the truth, willing to go the way of modesty, as its pleasing to the LORD, even being mindful of others weakness. We are to be mindful of the truth of the spirit, so that we abide not in the spirit of ways of error. Where we understand the truth in going the way of truth of Jesus, even that in our denying the truth of Jesus we remain subjects error, of taking upon the spirit of error, by default, but that through Jesus we are reborn in spirit from above, to abide in the spirit of truth of the way of God's love, wholly in truth, no longer a Subject of Satan by way of the spirit of error which way of spirit is contrary to the spirit of the way of truth in Jesus. truth is the manifestation of the spirit, what we do in spirits of spirit, like the spirit to build a house, of the spirit of error to destroy a house. which is manifest materiel truth in going the way of spirit of truth in truth, or going the way of the spirit of error, to error manifesting materiel truth, of error, destruction and death. SO of truth, we see how people do take upon the spirit of error to go forward, unrestrained, in the spirit of the way of the destroyer, like when people get angry and take upon the spirit to destroy stuff, unlike punching the wall in truth as a demonstration of the spirit given, a magnified reflection of the spirit of error given, or those of the spirit of error denying the truth of Jesus taking upon the spirit of the destroyer to harm another human being, or destroy what is good, in the spirit of the way of death and Satan, which is the danger of denying the truth of Jesus, refusing to go his way of protection.
