Hey Matthew, I didn't know where to write it but I will write it here because I have a great tip for you when blasting Cylinders. Anyways, I would like to thank you for making vapor blasting videos, especially the cabin build ones. I live in Poland and among others, your channel helped me built my own vaporblasting cabin. When the covid struck, I had to leave my work and vapor blasting made me earn some money for monthly expenditures. It helped me as well as my girlfriend to survive. Now my small bussiness makes more money and I am probably second or third person with vaporblasting services in the country. I want to expand the bussiness, buy bigger compressor, build few more cabins (I hope I could afford your projects for the newest cabin soon) and make dry blasting with beeds, crushed glass and sand - a full service for all materials. So once again, I really would like to thank you for what you're doing, because I'm probably not the first person you helped a lot with your content. Oh, and the pro tip - when blatsing cylinder, spray the inside with some rust protector spray (something like WD 40 but better rust resistance, when I find the name I will write it down - in Poland it's called CX-80 rust on), than use foam pipe sleeves and squeeze inside (bigger diameter needed). The "WD 40" product displaces water and keeps the inside corrosion free. Even when something gets inside just rinse it and the nicasil will be as good as new. Works perfect and is very fast to secure :) You can find me on Instagram - JCHBlasting. Big Thanks! Jacek

Thanks for the tip, and yes we have wd-40 here. I used it on the cylinder walls afterwards. Good luck expanding your business!

Hi Matthew. What kind of media are you using when you vapor blast??

How much psi are we talking? Is it just a solid stream of water going through the hose to the nozzle? I've heard some people are using fine particles of glass beads. I would think walnut shell blasting would be safer, but I really don't have any knowledge of this vapor blasting.

40-60psi. It is water and fine glass bead.
