the host bringing up DEI for no reason is exactly why DEI needs to go. Guy built a business with hard work and hustle. What does he have to do with DEI?? Then host said "Serious" instead of "Series" do better !

Do you wake up everyday looking for something to complain about? The new trend of stigmatising DEI won't succeed. Hating DEI initiatives and discussions won't be normalised, never. I'm a black tech founder like the guy and I know how uniquely difficult and lonely the journey can be for people who look like me. So even that he built a business with hard work and got made at it, I bet he has his fair share of struggle as a minority and I'm sure he isn't shy about it or would shrug it off.

@ I’m a black tech founder myself. Thinking you need DEI incentives to help you build a company is crazy. Stop it dude. We don’t need DEI. And it’s weird to bring it up in front of a black self made CEO. Guy literally went to YALE !

@@Kube4x Then you're drinking the kool-aid sorry. The host didn't say he made it because someone gave him a DEI opportunity. You're just taking it out of context and pissed off with the sound of DEI. The host is a journalist and that's what they do. They evoke interesting, engaging or sensitive discussion points even at the discomfort of the guest.
