Use QBO receipt capture or expensify or dext to take a pic of your receipt from your mobile phone and you never have to worry about paper receipts again. All these options have OCR so they will read your receipts and pull the info from them. Your Accountant/CPA will love you for this. Also, ask your Accountant/CPA about setting up rules for your receipts; makes reconcilaition and accurate financials a breeze.
