They had about 900 yards of line out. We have seen sharks before but mostly small ones. Out of the hundreds of times we have been to the beach only twice have we seen large sharks close to the beach area. I don’t like going out into the water when it’s dirty looking. I like seeing what is near my feet.

One of buddies work caught a Hammerhead that was 14’ long not to far from the old pier.
