      Ikr I used to do cheer so one thing I could do was an over split and I lost interest so now cannot even do a split but I'm like an inch away

    I’ve been doing your stretch routines for about a month now! Have got really flexible thanks to your routines, but I have never been good at balancing in the contortion poses, this new routine is perfect, thank you so much for making it!! 💕💕

    I've been doing your stretching routines for like 5 months now! Before i wasn't able to touch my toes! I got my right and left over splits and improved my back flexibility a lot. And I got my middle split! And all of this because of you!
    I am going to try this routine cause i can't balance my leg hold

    i just completed the 2 week challenge and i have definitely noticed improvement! at first i could hold the balancing positions the whole time and now after two weeks i can hold them with barely any wobbling!!

    Your sense of balance comes from your ears, so don’t look to the floor look straight ahead. Hope this helped!! 💝💖❤️

    Hey reader, I'll update this comment throughout the entire challenge :)
    1st day (14/02) : great! I've done it after 20min workout + 10min thighs workout so it wasn't as easy as it should be for the plank exercises and some holds but it was still good. The first part was quite hard for me, especially the '' close your eyes '' moments :')
    But I surprised myself with the toe reaches! I was able to stand easily on my toes for 20 seconds, quite proud of myself haha
    15/02 : coming back after a 25min workout and 10min stretch! The first part feels easier than yesterday, except the scales (I'm honestly dying during this exercise)... I also did worse for the tiptoes thing.. 🤷‍♂️
    The core exercises felt easy and I don't know why but I can do the harder boat pose and not the '' normal '' boat pose.
    Can't see a big improvement in my balance yet as it is totally normal.
    16/02 : Done after a 20min workout and Anna's 15min stretches... And let's say, this balance routine is really effective, as I already felt a little improvement while balancing my leg holds and scorpions during the stretch routine!
    Some exercises of the first part felt easier as well whereas others were still difficult for me.
    17/02 : after a 30min workout and 35min stretching this is hard.
    Didn't notice an improvement today. The toe rises were easier but the eyes close holds were impossible today, I don't know why.
    18/02 : Day off today.
    19/02 : Done after 20min workout + 20min stretch. To be honest, I haven't seen any improvement today.
    The only thing was, at the very beginning, I was doing really bad at the holds, so I restart the video and it became pretty much easier I don't know why.
    Thank you so much Anna! This is already one of my favorite routines, as it is not common (haven't seen a lot of balance routines on your channel haha), useful and quite funny to do!
    Thanks to a huge coincidence I am on holidays for two weeks so it's perfect to do this challenge!

    Ty for this tutorial Anna! I really needed it for my ballet class cuz I felt like I was the worst at shoe point and I had a hard time getting my balance but I also wanted to use it to try some gymnastics poses so I’ll try to do it for 2 weeks! (I really hope my motivation won’t flew away like some dust)

    My balance is terrible and I’m a gymnast-contortionist so I think this routine would really help with thing’s like tilt and leg holds and teardrop backbend etc. Also I’m only doing this for a week but today as the last day I can literally see a huge difference so thank you so much!😊

    I want to become more flexible (I can't even touch my toes)
    Non flexible girlys this is for u!!
    Day 1 - I was shaking a lot and couldn't do some of the stretches see u tmrw!
    Day 2- For some reason i was more shaky.. I felt stronger in my planks though
    Day 3 - less wobbly 😂 no visible improvement yet
    Day - 4 improving!!! Still hard with eyes closed
    Day - 5 about the same as yesterday a little better though ☺️
    Day - 6 still the same for some reason a little more shaky than normal
    Day - 7 doing better feel a lot stronger 🎉
    Day - 8 feel stronger every day!
    Day - 9 didn't do it for a couple days so was a little rusty today
    Day - 10 still trying to bounce back lol

    Yes, everything is correct and not only does it improve your balance but it also enhances your muscles. Going up on one foot is called Passe in ballet and doing it on turnout (search the word) and doing tasks in that position without going up on Releve (search it) improves your balance even more! You can also stay on Ejape with a stress word on the E.

    I am super excited to try this! I have always struggled with balance and being a flyer in cheerleading and not being able to do extension libs etc and seeing others doing it really bring me down so I'm hoping this will change that and i will finally feel like I put in all the work I could!

    The best thing about your videos is you repeat the whole procedure with the other side with the same duration instead of assuming we would do it on our own. By this I get more encouragement in doing the drills.

    Okay I’m gonna be keeping track of my improvement over the next two weeks!!
    Day 1: Balance is not good when holding on one leg (especially my right). Almost fell when doing the close you eyes parts! I was super wobbly! First position with one leg out and holding was easy on both legs but easier on my left! Planks were not hard for me.
    Day 2 :
    Starting over because I didn’t stick to it
    Day 1: Balance was better today! Wobbly on the close your eyes and scales part… other parts weren’t too bad. Will mention if my turns and balance improved by the end of this 2 week challenge

    Wow Anna this routine was SO COOL! I loved doing it so much! When I tried to do the leg hold I was SO dumb and didn't stay close enough to the wall and ended up dislocating my knee... That just shows how much I need this routine 🤣I love your videos SO MUCH and hope I can start doing them again soon!

    I have been doing this for 2 days and i already see improvement with balance and flexibility. We all have different experiences but this really helps improve my dancing ❤❤
