If information can't be used as evidence in his criminal proceedings, then it should be fair game for dissemination, right? Let the people read it on the front page of every newspaper in the world! What he's done needs to be KNOWN to be managed!
I also think it should be open to be used as evidence in the trials that cover non immunity cases. Maybe they cant prosecute specifically those charges covered by immunity but they should be able to use those actions as evidence.

You can't get rid of the Electoral College short of a constitutional amendment, which the small-population states who benefit from it will of course block.
The last opportunity to do that probably passed with the end of the civil war, when the victorious Union declined to name agreeing to an amendment moving to popular vote election of presidents as part of the price the defeated Confederacy would have to pay for their surrendered soldiers to be spared.

Amazing that they would debase themselves and allow themselves to go down in history this way for the sake of a two-bit grifter and buffoon, a vulgar game show host. They’ve done immense damage to the Court and the way it is regarded in this country. It will take many years for future justices to restore honor and respect to the Supreme Court.
